Mobile Energy Solutions

We are increasingly approached by customers looking for a practical power supply solution for use on the move. We are, of course, happy to assist you with this!

Below, we outline a few possible solutions and projects we have completed. There are countless possibilities and this list is by no means exhaustive. Please contact us if you are facing a challenge. Our engineers will be happy to take it on!

PowerBox 22-30

PowerBox 22-30

The PowerBox is our latest in-house development and is ideal for use with a generator. It offers:

  • Crane lifting attachment
  • Total weight < 500 kg -> suitable for helicopter transport
  • Size of a Euro pallet
  • Online monitoring (SIM)
  • 30.7 kWh storage capacity
  • 22.5 kVA continuous power

More informations you can find here.

At low loads, the construction site can be powered by the battery. A clever battery management system starts the generator when required (power needed, battery low) and stops it. The PowerBox can thus massively reduce the generator’s running time. The construction site is much quieter, making work much more comfortable for employees.

Savings of up to 80% on diesel fuel and maintenance costs are possible. This results in significant CO2 savings. The generator’s lifespan is increased fivefold. The cost-benefit ratio is excellent!

Workshop van Mini 230

Workshop van Mini 230

With the help of an inverter and a battery, a workshop van was fitted out with a 230V power supply. Rechargeable batteries for small tools can be easily charged, and angle grinders, heat guns or other 230V tools can also be powered by the battery. Whilst driving, the battery is recharged by a built-in charge booster.

230V Solar Vehicle

230V Solar Vehicle

We have been building complete vehicles for our client, Gebrüder Meier Rohrleitungsbau ltd. for many years. Until now, these were equipped with a generator. Due to constantly increasing demands from clients, as well as our own commitment to becoming more environmentally friendly, we have converted the vehicles so that they now feature two batteries, an AC-DC converter and a charge booster, as well as a 230V power socket. This means that the batteries and the portable battery systems used by the client can be charged from the vehicle itself, from the PV system on the roof and from shore power.

The customer’s mirror welding machines can be operated directly from the battery or from the portable battery storage units. The employees are very pleased with the much quieter operation and the absence of exhaust fumes!

PowerUp for barracks and containers

PowerUp for barracks and containers

Our latest system, PowerUp, will be available soon. It allows a crew container or a barrack to be made self-sufficient with a solar panel system, battery and inverter. Check back for more information. Stay tuned 😉
